A complete renovation focused on comfort, sustainability, and a natural aesthetic. The duplex was entirely reconfigured to create an open-plan living space with a new kitchen. Thermal correction using hemp-lime blocks, combined with a new roof structure insulated with blown cellulose, brings the home up to contemporary standards of comfort and energy performance. Natural clay plaster provides the walls with a healthy, warm, and tactile finish.
