RYA creates 3D models of the project and performs dynamic thermal simulations of temperature changes for each critical space, taking into account all relevant parameters: the building’s geometry and site layout, sunlight and shading, wind direction and speed, internal and solar heat gains, airtightness, solar shading, and cooling techniques, among others.
This dynamic simulation study enables the development of a concrete and effective strategy to combat overheating in the summer.

A construction joint (also known as a thermal bridge) is a point in the building envelope where additional heat loss may occur. It is therefore important to verify that these joints do not cause excessive heat loss and/or problems with condensation or mold.
