The project consists of the construction of a mixed-use building comprising four housing units and a nursery for 28 children.
RYA carries out all energy and sustainability studies to meet passive building standards (PHPP calculations and dynamic thermal simulations), as well as the requirements of current EPB regulations.
The project was awarded Exemplary Building 2013 status by Brussels Environment, recognising its sustainable approach and outstanding energy performance.
