The project involves the construction of a mixed-use building comprising four appartements and a nursery for 28 children.
RYA is carrying out all the energy studies to ensure compliance with passive building criteria (PHPP & dynamic thermal simulation) also the respect of the EPB (PEB).
The project won the 2013 Exemplary Buildings Award from Brussels Environment.
