We are currently looking for a PEB consultant or an architect / engineer / building energy specialist with a strong interest in energy efficiency and building performance.
Your role:
You will be responsible for carrying out and monitoring PEB studies for new-build and renovation projects in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia.
Your responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the thermal studies required for residential and non-residential construction and renovation projects;
- Carry out thermal simulations and analyse the results;
- Assess thermal bridges and construction junctions;
- Advise our clients on the choice of materials, construction techniques and renewable energy solutions;
- Manage the launch, progress and follow-up of projects, in direct contact with clients;
- Participate in internal and external meetings, site meetings and discussions with various project partners;
- Work closely with the entire team to ensure effective coordination of the energy aspects of projects.
You will work with:
- Microsoft Office;
- AutoCAD / BricsCAD;
- PEB software.
Knowledge of CertiBru and Therm is considered an additional asset.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Meticulous, autonomous and well-organised, with the ability to manage complete construction and renovation projects;
- Equipped with solid practical knowledge of PEB regulations, airtightness, HVAC, materials and construction techniques;
- Comfortable using the software mentioned above;
- A strong written communicator, with good analytical and summarising skills and excellent spelling and grammar;
- Bilingual in French and Dutch is an important asset.
